Shipping Policy
Upon placing an order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation. Please note that this is not a guarantee of product availability. While every effort is made to show only in stock items, there may be instances where we run out of stock in a particular size or color. Upon final processing and shipment of your order, you will receive a second confirmation of your order and its shipping details.
Product Availablity
Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and will generally arrive between 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
Our Ground shipping rates are based on the value of your order. Order values are calculated on a before tax basis.
Shipping & Delivery
Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
Pre-Orders / Made To Order products are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
Pre-Orders
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) which means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase. Orders returned to the US from International Couriers will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed.
